I did not know there was a Lake called Hostrawser. How about that? Any relation? I don't know. Just started checking things out about my fiancees' mothers maiden name.

HI: My name is Pat and I am a Hostrawser looking for connections to the family. I too found Hostrawser Lake . I have asked for info on it and have had no luck so far. I am from Omaha, NE, but originally from White Bear Lake, Minnesota. My Dad was a Hostrawser, but I have a cousin on my Mom's side that lives within 15 miles of Hostrawser Lake. You can pull it up on the internet, but no one seems to know how it got it's name and who owns it if it is a private lake. My Dad and family were originally from Wisconsin and there are a lot of Hostrawsers in St. Paul, Minnesota. What is your finance's Mother's name?
