Homicide by Drunk Driving & Arrested Again

A man who served six years in prison for a drunken driving accident that killed a friend has been arrested for drunken driving again.

Thirty-two-year-old Aaron Kerr of Onalaska was stopped Friday night after a town of Campbell police officer saw him driving erratically.


A passenger in his truck was arrested on a warrant.

In August 1999, Kerr ran his vehicle into a ditch, killing 19-year-old Arthur Petersen of La Crosse.

After this fool killed someone once before & served 6 yrs in prison for it, he has the nerve to drunk drive AGAIN & with a passenger....

People who drink & drive make me so mad!

So many inocent people die every year because of ignorant drunks... If you are drinking don't drive, it's that freaking simple!!!!

If you are going to the bar with others take turns staying sober each time you go & if that isn't possible then drink at home or at least close enough to catch a cab... how hard is it to use common sense??!

I always wonder this myself. Not too hard to figure out that if you drink too much, you're not supposed to be driving.

I feel the same way about people that can't switch to soda at the bar. I do that all the time when I don't want to get tipsy. No one will laugh at you for drinking soda in a bar, well some might, but anyone with a brain won't. Most people hardy notice it.

We always had a person stay sober that was driving.
