I bit my tounge
Now that we have a Festival food store very close by, I stopped there to get ice for the weekend of camping 6/22/07. Now I am no snob by any means but while I was in the liquor part getting ice I overheard a woman asking if it was possible to get a warm case of Bud Light.
The store clerk inquired why warm , everything is kept chilled at the store.
Well she explained that she was not intending on keeping it cool until she needed it and she feared that the taste would be ruined by the extreme temperature fluctuations.
I bit my tounge, all I could think was ruin the taste in Bud Light? What taste does Bud light have? and could it possibly be ruined?

I was in the Pick N Save liquor department once and Northshore Nancy was holding up the line over the deposit on some beer bottles. She couldn't understand that you do not have to return the bottles. There's no punishment or anything, you just forfeit your few cents deposit. She acted like the police would come after her for not returning the bottles!
Here's the kicker. She told the clerk she was going to spill the beer out and put the bottles on the windows of her porch! I can't remember what brand she bought, but she liked how the bottles looked old.

She was right!!!
That Butt Light may have no taste ~ but if you give it big temperature changes you'll be surprised how strong and skunky it can get!
Trust me...I speak from experience. I abused the better part of a case by tossing it out!
Regards,
Keith

"Butt Light" now that is funny, I think I experienced skuny beer one time with Point Special, the only thing is it smelled horrible but yet it did not taste bad. It was just very difficult getting past the smell. Funny how when it comes to beer, you just hate to waste it, so I drank it!!!
