I am responsible for the Homebrewing 101 video...my friends did most of the work so that I could be behind camera, but I make an appearance every now and again.
I'm happy with the way this video turned out...it's a really scrubbed version of how to brew beer...it doesn't get into the details about homebrewing, and especially the chemistry behind it. But, in later lessons and videos we might do just that.
So in the mean time, I hope this is a good introduction to the art of craft brewing...

Excellent ~ video is well worth watching for home brewing noobs.

I suppose this is only a problem for those of still stuck on dial-up, but the video takes forever to load which I can live with because I thought once it loaded I would be able to press replay and watch it. No such luck! It just starts downloading all over again.

So, even though I haven't gotten to watch the whole clip, I placed a link to it on our D.U.F.F Club web site. I figured it would be helpful to those not aquainted with homebrewing.
