This Help Forum is a second option. If you post a question in this forum please use a very descriptive Subject line.

Third, from the page where you're having difficulty, click on the 'Contact' page (http://www.thebubbler.com/contact.html). If you are getting an error message, please be sure to include that message when you contact us.
