It's all about money.. cure cancer and a huge section of the health care support industry collapses..

This doesn't surprise me at all. I've had this discussion with my husband before about how they probably can find cures for certain things, but they don't want to because then doctors wouldn't have a job to do. No one would make money either in the medical industry.

Add to this, stem cell research and then they'll find even more diseases cured. What will those in the medical profession do for work then?

Same with alcohol and the cigarette industry.. think how many jobs in health care support industries would be eliminated if either item were successfully outlawed.

I read the other day about "wet houses" where alcoholics can now drink under supervision.. does that make sense?

Not just the medical profession if they cure diseases and addictions but every "support" industry.. just think if they legalized marijuana all the things that would change. Our prisons would thin out for one!
