Just finished my fourth glazed donut but really wondering if I shouldn't have a regular exercise regime to help melt away those extra pounds I tend to put on. Do you exercise regularly?
Many who exercise regularly say it also improves their mood and sense of well being. Do you find this to be true?
Here's how you can squeeze exercise into your daily routine, without keeping time aside. Remember, this is not a substitute to a workout - and you should definitely try and keep at least an hour a day - or three times a week - for exercise. But if that's just not possible for the time being, here's the next best thing.
Nintendo Wii Fit is a unique and innovative way to help you and your family stay fit in the comfort of your home, through simple daily exercises. Whether you're doing a yoga pose or snowboarding down a slalom course, there's an activity for everyone. Control on-screen action with your movements on the balance board as you work your way through a variety of challenges aimed at getting you off the couch and into the action. Check your Body Mass Index (BMI), see your Wii Fit Age and keep tabs on your daily progress towards a more fit you.

10-25 miles is a lot to walk in one day. I don't think I could do that. With my bike in summer I go about 10-14 miles per bike ride. I usually set aside an hour to go out.
There was a time between paychecks while living in NY I used to have to walk 15 miles to work and 15 miles back because I didn't have transportation or bus fare, not to mention missing the last bus home a few times. Try doing that during a blizzard as I did one day.. no fun! I was literally coated with ice and snow by the time I got home.

Exercise, Hmmm, does pulling up and down on the handle to your recliner count?
If you put a crouton on your sundae instead of a cherry doesn't that make it a salad?
Potato chips are crunchy & crispy just like lettuce!
My doctor told me to start my exercise program slowly, so today I drove past a store that sells sweat pants at 5 MPH.
Today I was going to wake up and go jogging, but my toes out voted me 10 to 1.

Back when I had a better sense of balance, I'd ride my bicycle 30+ miles daily. I suppose 10-14 would have been plenty, but I was bored.
Yeah, I tried calling my housemates for a ride but it was bad.. so bad they didn't (and probably shouldn't have) want to come out in the car. I probably made it home faster walking. I had a beard at the time and it was coated with ice..

....Now, a very great man once said
That some people rob you with a fountain pen
It didn’t take too long to find out
Just what he was talkin’ about
A lot of people don’t have much food on their table
But they got a lot of forks ’n’ knives
And they gotta cut somethin’....
