Oh, I saw the title 'Weight Loss in Wisconsin 100 Day Challenge' and thought you were going to add a BUBBLER CHALLENGE. Everyone would have to be on the honor system and no fudging...and see who can lose the most pounds in 100 days here.
Is this a hint, Dave? Does that mean I can still eat what I want until Jan. 18? Ok, I know I need to get started on something soon. Ate the last Xmas cookie today, so those are out of the way. I have all my notes typed up for my eating plan, I just need to write it all down, what I ate each day. I do exercise each week, but not as often as I should. I need to do double the amount I am now.
If I could come up with a way to exercise at my computer, then I'd get plenty.
PK, that's actually a good idea.. I currently weigh 255.. let's get started! Wanna get back down to 200 eventually..

Those exercise require letting go of the mouse or keyboard, and the other one I would hit my head on the desk bending over
Actually, there is one that I've done sitting at my desk. If you lift your feet off the floor slightly and then move them side to side, while tilting your upper body, you can feel it work your stomach muscles. Don't even have to let go of the mouse.
I'm not big on exercising but I did pass up the buffet today and bought fish for dinner tomorrow. I love fish but don't get enough of it because it's so expensive and doesn't keep well. Back east in Virginia Beach, it was fairly inexpensive and always fresh.
Most of the time when we feel hungry, we're actually thirsty so plan to stock up on low-cal drinks, juices, and water. My mom always drank alot of Ruby Red grapefruit juice and was thin all her life.

I walk an average of 4 miles a day.. (no wonder my knees are giving out) but no thanks to the jumping jacks. My neighbors would probably call the police because of the noise.
I do plan to start doing some abdominal exercises tho.

I signed up for a cycling class with my wife meeting Mondays and Wednsdays.
I asked if it was a spin class and she didn't think so.
Last night was the 1st night of our class, IT"S A SPIN CLASS!!!!!!!!!
I thoght I was gonna die.

I almost did last night {8-P
Then I thought this might get me going on am exercise so today I did not have time, I had to snow blow and I hear there is more snow for us tomorrow !!!

I signed up for a cycling class with my wife meeting Mondays and Wednsdays.
I asked if it was a spin class and she didn't think so.
Last night was the 1st night of our class, IT"S A SPIN CLASS!!!!!!!!!

Good luck on the peddle till you puke class. My bro-in-law started getting into those a few years ago and now he can ride far and wide in the Summertime.
