The site has a 'green light' as a 'trusted site' from compete.com so I felt comfortable answering the questions.
I took the test. I'm 2 years older than reality according to the test. Some of the questions don't seem to have anything to do with calculating age, but it's probably a way to profile us for tailoring a sale for the individual. Whatever, it was fun.

I thought they all had something to do with calculating age, from driving habits to oral hygiene (I'm good at those) to having a dog (because you get a workout walking it and they're good for you psychologically, etc.
They do offer you more stuff, but NO spams from it that I can tell.
By the calendar, I'm 50.45.

sorry I just had to tell you. I've been there and done that!
I had my 1st heart attack at the age of 38 and at that time they told me that my arteries were similar to those of an 80 year old. You changed you ways but the the arteies do not change.
I have always said if I had known I was going to live this long, I would have taken better care of myself.
if I had taken that test I would considered approx 100 y.o!!!
but then hey so what, as long as you are breathing what else can you ask for?

I don't know what I did...I thought I made some positive lifestyle changes...turns out I went from being 7 plus years older than my chronological to being almost 9 years older than my chronological age.
I felt better before my positive lifestyle changes.
I did ok with this test. One day I am a year younger the next day a year older than my actual age...whatever. I guess some days I do feel old.
I didn't like the test it told me I was 58.4 the one I took on facebook said different (above) so all I can say is I am glad the days I feel older I don't look older too. LOL.

It put my age at 3 months younger than I am. I found some questions hard to answer, like how often do you eat beef or fish a week. It all depends on what we cook that week. Just like exercise, I do a lot of biking and walking during the warm part of the year. When it's cold I try to go in the basement to use the exercise machines, which collect dust these days. I just can't get motivated to go in that dreary basement. I'm thinking we need to fix that up and make it more inviting.
Other things on the quiz, I couldn't remember exact numbers so I just put average.
The results told me to exercise more and lose weight. Oh, what a shocker! I've been working on putting together a plan to exercise more in winter and to eat better. I'm really not that bad. It shouldn't be much of an issue for me to make any changes.
No really it was a real eye opener. I knew I have had a difficult couple of years lately with personal problems going on and that I have really felt it lately but....back in 2-3-08 when I last took this test it said I was 5.4 years older than my age.
Now today, a year and a few months later it states that I am now
10.5 years older!!!!
not that many years ago everyone always mistook my oldest daughter and I as sisters. Not anymore.
