"Crossing Bridges" is an education and support program for people with mild memory impairment and their families
It connects participants with others who are experiencing similar circumstances and feelings, offers a safe place to discuss issues related to memory loss, and offers the opportunity to learn new information
Pre-registration is required including an in-person interview
