WI at the Flying J Truck Stop Hwy 100/I-94 at 1:45pm. He appeared to be alone.

Suspect Information: Shane L Kohut, 29 year old White Male, 5'7" and 168 lbs. He has Blue eyes, Short Brown Hair, and a full beard. He was last seen wearing a Baseball cap, White T-shirt, and White Shorts. He has numerous tattoos, including a dragon on his Left Shoulder, a skull on his Right Chest , a scorpion on his Left Chest , and a nude female with a gun on his back. THE SUSPECT THREATENED HARM TOWARDS THE VICTIM(S) AND WAS ARMED WITH A LONG KNIFE WHEN HE FORCED THEM INTO VEHICLE.
