Many laws that was made years ago need to be looked at to see if there is indeed a need for the law today. Glad they are checking this out.

I prefer margarine myself.. butter is generally too expensive and hard to spread besides..

Restaurants will offer both butter and margarine.

Personally, I choose butter. Not only does it have a richer flavor, it also has a lower melting temperature. Below body temperature. This allows butter to be easily metabolized. On the other hand, margarine has a melting temperature higher than body temperature, making it a clogging agent in your arteries and blood vessels.
