Any special plans for Father's Day this year?

My dad passed away in the late 90's..

My neighbor Judy still celebrates her dad on Father's Day with a traditional meal.. he liked BLT sandwiches and coffee ice cream so that's what she's having this Sunday.

My parents divorced in the early 60's and I actually didn't see my dad much over the years..

Father's Day is tomorrow!

My oldest son is having a cookout at his place just down the street from us. It will be a double celebration as his 30th birthday is also tomorrow.

When the kids were little we spent a lot of Father's Days at the Milwaukee Zoo since dad's got in free on that day. Anyone know if they still do that or not? Other times we went on the train ride at North Freedom as they used to do the same there but I think they quit that. In more recent years, we've spent the day at Devil's Lake State Park having a picnic and hiking around the lake.

Couple of things you can do on Father's Day every year.

Car show in Swan Park in Beaver Dam. Very nice park and turnout.

Art fair in Watertown at Riverside Park.

The big art fair in Milwaukee by the lake.
