That's interesting. When we lived in Elkhorn about 15 years ago, we listened on the scanner one night as the cops were following a UFO around Waukasha and Walworth counties. I think they even interviewed one of the officers on the news the next day. Strange.
Anyone here believe in real UFOs? I'd find it harder to believe there is no such thing than not to believe.. I just can't imagine there not being intelligent life somewhere else given the sheer immensity of the Universe..
I agree with you, Dave. That's what I always said. We really don't know what the universe all contains. I don't care who disagrees with that or laughs at that. When those kind of people can tell me everything that is out there, then I'll agree with them.
The way I look at it.. if I were God, I wouldn't build something I didn't need or use.. so I'm sure there are other civilizations out there and we're separated by all that distance for a reason.. you don't put all your experiments in the same petri dish
Plus, just mathematically speaking, some scientists say there is a 100% certainty that not only are there other planets supporting life, there are other planets supporting YOU.
