TV weather forcasters first explain why yesterdays weather did not turn out the way they thought it would. Then they tell you what will happen tomorrow. Right or wrong they all still get paid and I still listen to them.
Well you know you are from Wisconsin when you go outside @ 14 degrees and think it's not that cold because the sun is shining so bright.
Think being down around 0 for a few days, 14 seems warm now.

It's really cold out here too but it doesn't feel as cold inside because of the sun shinning in through the windows. But, evidently the guys think it's cold out as they were working on a machine and went for parts...two hours ago. I'm betting they are sitting in the nice warm restaurant having lunch instead. LOL
Be careful this weekend everyone. The weather is suppose to be very stormy all through the mid west with conditions ripe for tornadoes starting this afternoon and all day tomorrow.
I read this is only the 2nd time in history that the weather stations are giving out Tornado warnings up to 24 hours in advance.
I so hope this isn't a start of a long stormy summer!
Just a thought, if we have another summer with bad storms like last year and have another mild winter next year like we did this winter, Wisconsin will start being the state of bad summers and not bad winters!
I think I rather have snow than having trees blow down all over our cities.
So far in Kenosha we are having a beautiful sunny day. Hopefully the weather people are wrong about the bad storms heading our way.
It was very nice in Appleton as well today, but I hear we are going to get some nasty weather tomorrow.

We had 72 degrees on Saturday and it wasn't too bad yesterday either but the wind was quite wicked! It is chilly and windy today and there is a chance of frost for tonight in our area. I actually have my furnace running right now!
This has to be one of the worst forecasted weeks for weather in a long time. They haven't been able to predict anything out further then 8 hrs and even that was sketchy.

Last night I was talking to a good friend of mine that lives up by the Wausau area and she was telling me how it was raining earlier in the day and suddenly they were getting hit really bad with snow. It was coming down as hard as the rain was earlier in the day. They were expecting quite a bit of snow before it was to be all done.
The funny part is, the temps are suppose to be in the 50s today. Talk about strange weather. Guess with all the many changes the high tech weather people can't keep up. lol
I have always found it best to just not think what the weather will be because chances are it is going to be the exact opposite. Makes things exciting lol
