How does someone even get to this point of having so many animals and let it get this awful??? Kittens in the refrigerator. Sick.

I know one person I've known since she was a kid.. she's involved in animal rescue and I fear she's headed the same way.. it's an obsession that quickly becomes a sickness.

Sometimes it starts out as a good rescue person and then it slowly gets out of control where they think they can save every kitty (dog, pig etc)

Must know your limits when helping animals or in the end you are no help to them at all.

I agree. I too would like to try and save all of the injured ones like from our local shelter, all I do is see them and love them all...I can see how it can get out of hand. Perhaps we should find a way of making those who purposely harm animals to have to suffer the same thing they make the animals suffer, not to the extent of killing people rather a 'taste' of the pain they tried or did inflict on the animals..may sound mean then they are mean to animals who's only crime in life is to love and give YOU unconditional love in return....

I have another neighbor that would take in every stray that came her way.. as you say, they need to know their limits..
