Oh you mean the one that listed the wrong location on it? A bunch of people around here got those. Don't know if it was sent out or not yet.

I never received one in the mail, so I picked one up at the library. The ones they have there are the simple, short census forms. I filled it out and mailed it in right away. That way, I figured I won't have a census worker come pounding on my door next month!

I heard some people received census forms that asked lots more questions and even wanted to know how many miles you drive to work and what you make, etc. By law you only have to give the names, ages, and birthdates of the people living at your address. You aren't even required to list your phone number if you choose not to.
