Milwaukee Mother Shoots Son During Prank

A prank turns to terror on Milwaukee's north side.

It happened when a 21-year-old man thought it would be funny to scare his mother when she got home from shopping Thursday night.

He put on a ski mask, confronted her behind their home and pretended to rob her.

That's when she pulled out a .357 revolver and fired several times.

I can't imagine how that poor mother must be feeling. How awful. Wonder if they will charge her? Is it legal to have a gun like that? I know nothing about guns.

I also wonder what was going through the son's head to do something like that. I could see maybe a younger kid but geez this was a 21 year old adult.

I remember my first husband pulled a stupid prank one time. I came home and the house was semi dark. I unlocked the door and stepped in and my husband jumped out behind me. I really don't remember it but I swung around and hit him so hard right above his stomach area with my fist that it lifted him up and knocked him into the wall and slowly he fell to the ground. I knocked the wind out of him. LOL Deserved him right for scaring me like that. Doesn't men understand that women especially are always on guard when walking alone?

I remember an old movie with George Seagal.. he tried to scare his mother to death in a gorilla costume and she gave him a shot with the fist in the you know whats..
