Milwaukee's first baby of the year made an early arrival into the world.
Elijah King was born at 12:23 a.m. Friday at St. Joseph Hospital, doctors said.

Emma Horton was Richland County's first New Year's baby for 2010. She was born at 9:45 p.m. on January 1st. to Jason and Heather Horton at the Richland Hospital in Richland Center.
