I don't live in Wisconsin, I came here from a link on Twitter and signed up to correct this post. Please research news like this before making outrageous claims, visit the Dairyland site (dairylandgreyhoundpark.com) and read for yourself that they're remaining open until all dogs are properly relocated. They're adopting some (most likely the ones who can no longer race), moving others to new racetracks, and the rest are being returned to their owners. There IS a possibility that some of the dogs will still be euthanized, but to try and claim that 900 would be? Come on. I'd have to imagine the racetrack is closing because of lack of funds, and euthanizing a dog is not free. Thank you for the info about the racetrack adopting animals, I've let my Twitter friends know, but I Tweeted my own message, I didn't reTweet a false one.

Thanks for weighing in.. I posted the original post exactly as found on Facebook. I'd have no reason to believe any part of it was false (tho I did find the number 900 a bit odd, wondering why there'd be so many).. as you can see I've included the link to the Dairyland site in a subsequent post to this thread.
