I would not think that the internet is a good place to resolve issues such as this. If you have any proof to the contrary, I suggest that you talk to an Attorney. Remember potential employers also use the internet and you know what they say about "burning bridges" even ones that do not exist yet.

I have to agree.. most times it's not wise to air your dirty laundry in public (so to speak).

This sounds like something better handled by attorneys, not the Net.

it has been thru all the courts plus one no one was anything to do with it!
this is my last stand!
