The Screaming Cucumbers takes the stage at 9:30 pm. Get here early to get in... once we're full you're out of luck! A cover charge will apply.

Formed in 2004, the Screamin' Cucumbers (Cukes) are a new and diverse Milwaukee area cover band. The set list consists primarily of great danceable rock tunes, with a bit of an emphasis on the 80's. If it's upbeat, danceable, and fun it's probably on the set list. The five members of the Screamin' Cucumbers have over 60 years of combined band experience. These guys know what it takes to win over a crowd early and keep them happy all night long.

I did a Polar Bear plunge back in 1974 once! YIKES! It was somewhere along Lake Michegan east of Green Bay.......heck, can't remember the town! We had to break up ice to get in the water. What the heII was I thinking? Young and dumb, and just a wee bit toasted!

They have Polar Bear dips down here in FL too, although the water is more like 68 degrees! Still won't do it, once was enough.
Since I cannot enjoy a Wisconsin New Year's....I will make my traditional New Year's Day Black Eyed Peas in my crock pot the night before! (and in bed by 10pm!)

Sorry I have nothing to add to a "Wisconsin" style New Year's in 2008/09!

U.S. Bank Eve tickets go on sale December 1, 2008 and can be purchased in advance from any U.S. Bank Madison Location. Tickets are good at all U.S. Bank Eve Madison locations. Doors open at 6:00 p.m. and close at either 9:00 p.m. or 10:00 p.m. as noted in site listings. Admission to any location is on a space-available basis.
