effect from 3 pm this afternoon to 6 pm cst sunday. The winter

in effect from 3 am sun to 12 pm cst monday.

will result in blowing & drifting snow. These conditions should
continue through sunday.
The increasing winds & falling temps will also cause
wind chill values to drop to between 20 below & 30 below zero
late tonight through mon morning.
