With the seeming of winter coming , is there any guess's of how much and the date of the first clearable depth...

I am guessing late on December 3rd going into the 4th is going to add to 5.3 inch's in Tomah...

What does your balls say...

I'm shooting more towards Dec 10 for our first measurable snowfall. It will be over 2".... here in Jefferson Co.

I'm going to say Dec. 1, because it's a weekend and it always snows on a weekend when I want to go out. It's going to be 2.5 inches.

I don't mind as much if it snows on the weekend, gives more time to clean up the driveway. My luck it always has to snow like on a Sunday night so the driveway is a mess to get kids to school on Monday morning.

I don't like snow, period! On weekends we like to get out of town, since there's usually not much to do in this little town. I make plans and hate having them ruined by snow.

I don't clean driveways, I have someone do that for me. Husbands come in handy lol.

I gave up trying to do my driveway and hired someone last winter....and so glad I did cuz it was one horrible icey ~ heavy snowy winter.

I used to live in Ct and for years I would do the driveway with a hand shovel then after many years I decided to buy a snow blower and after that it never snowed in Ct.

Isn't that the way it goes with everything! hate that.

I wont predict, other than to agree with PK... it will snow anytime i want to travel or have a good hair day... something always messes up my good hair days!

The last two days we should have had about 4" of snow but it turned out to be a slight dusting.

I'm thinking the second week of Dec we'll have 8" or more.

I'm thinking that we will get several 'dustings' and maybe a little sticking and then finally settle in to some real snow around the 10th too. Just in time to make a mess for all the Christmas shoppers again.

That was my guess too for the Jefferson area...... hhhhmmmm Get everything done the day before incase I'm stuck in my driveway till my plow guy shows up!!

Morning.

We woke to snow today. It's falling and staying this time.

Not ready for this stuff yet. So hoping that we didn't get anything more than a dusting for at least another week or so. Now I have to go out shopping for Thanksgiving in this mess. Not good.

Winter is official here.

Well that is life in Wisconsin.

Well reading down on the page here I can see where I was wrong. Looks like it is going to make a mess for Thanksgiving and not Christmas shoppers. Hope it warms up and melts this stuff soon.

We have 2" and expect another inch or less before day end, however we expect 40º Tues & Wed here & snow again Saturday & Sunday.
