For some reason the video lags for me. I kept moving my mouse around on the video and it works. I seen this video on youtube too. I think I was searching for Wisconsin videos.

Me, too. I think I posted a link about this a year or two ago, long before we had the ability to stream the video here. All I could do was add a link.
BTW, Ken, the video is coming "direct from youtube" into the placeholder for it here in the forums, so any slowness you get should be on YouTube's part and not because of theBubbler. That was a very appealing part of making the videos available here...the bandwidth is theirs, not ours.
Regards,
Keith
p.s.: Dave, my drive to work is only about 2 miles or less. It is beautiful, though. I drive past my church and the middle school where my daughter goes if I take one way, and I pass the high school of another daughter and a garden center and nursery if I go another way.

Is that how I came across? Sorry, yeah I know it's a problem with youtube.
On another forum I belong to, a bunch of the members photographed their drive to work. It was fun seeing what everyone saw on the way to work. I didn't do it because at the time I wasn't working anywhere and when I finally started a job, I did get around to taking the pictures, just never posted them. Now I don't work for that place anymore (oh, thank god!) I'd have to start taking pics all over. There would be lots of road construction along the way.

That'd be a bunch of cool posts...
Taken further, I'd like to see "A day in the life" type stuff. Getting to know people here, this stuff would be fun to see.
Driving and taking pictures isn't easy. I did it in a few trips back and forth with someone else driving while I was in the passenger seat. I don't know how pretty the drive to work would look now, most of the trees are bare. A couple of weeks ago would have been better. I do go past a few lakes and rivers along the way, so not really a boring drive. I see wildlife along the way sometimes. A few times this fall I saw a bunch of egrets in a little pond. One day there was cranes, herons, geese and ducks all at once in the water. Now a muskrat is building a mound for winter in it. Always something to see.
You guys would get a kick out of my boss's office. He's big into hunting. We are surrounded by caribou, a moose, different deer, javelina, antelope, turkey, pheasant and a few others. He has all his hunting pics on the wall, even the elephant he hunted. Aww, I couldn't kill an elephant, I like them.
Videoing your way to work, Videoing a short drive anywhere and a day in your life are all great ideas. make me go mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
don't be too surprised, I just may do one of these.
BTW way Dollars (Brandon) you have a great start to your Blog going. Please keep up the good work.

....Now, a very great man once said
That some people rob you with a fountain pen
It didn’t take too long to find out
Just what he was talkin’ about
A lot of people don’t have much food on their table
But they got a lot of forks ’n’ knives
And they gotta cut somethin’....
