I just checked our local weather for Thursday and had to laugh at this:
"Thursday: A slight chance of freezing drizzle before 2pm, then a slight chance of drizzle between 2pm and 5pm, then a slight chance of freezing drizzle after 5pm. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 33. South wind between 3 and 7 mph."
Why don't they just say "a slight chance of freezing drizzle from before 2pm to after 5pm? It sure makes you wonder who writes these weather forecasts!

This day will drag on & on... My daughter called last night, she (along with her best friend) will be here in town by the time i leave work today & will be staying with me until the weekend YaY! I drove the 3 hrs to visit her last week Friday, but only spent the afternoon with the girls & had to come back the same day... I miss having them living close.

speaking of spiders.....when I woke up this morning I slipped on the sweatpants I was wearing last night that I left laying on the floor of the bathroom (which I will never do again). I felt something weird and pulled them back off and a brown recluse spider was inside! I did the spider dance all around my bedroom......ewwwwwww! I did kill it btw.

I have to admit though, it's a pretty nasty looking rat. Yikes.
I have never seen a rat or mouse that wasn't nasty looking... In fact i dislike gerbils, guinea pig & all other rodents! I cant stand to be around them.
My Niece has rodents as pets & it annoys me to no end when i visit & she is forever trying to bring them by me... She has this big ugly hairy guinea pig thing & another thing (not a gerbil) that rolls around in one of those balls on the floor like gerbils do... ick ick, i dont visit hardly at all, for that reason.

OK, that is beyond gross!! I would have screamed and had a heart attack for sure. lol
You are soo very lucky it didn't bite your leg. A bite from a brown recluse can be terrible.

OMG! I'm sure glad you didn't get bitten! I think there would have been a puddle to clean up if that happened to me! I have had a couple of friends and a sister who were bitten by brown recluse spiders. What it did to their skin was VERY nasty! That's why I am so adamant about keeping clothes picked up around here! Yikes!

I do believe it was you who asked a State tax (website) question last year, as a newbie to theBubbler... how time flies when you are having fun!

I have friends/family/co-workers on my facebook & it's associated to my real name & info, since only those who know me are added & have access to view my facebook pages, so i wouldn't use that acct to play games. Yoville is kinda cool, but addicting once you get into it, so i wouldn't suggest it to anyone who doesn't have alittle time to spare on a regular basis.

I play bejewled as well as a couple other casino games by Zynga, where you can see friends scores and such.. those are also on my myspace & tagged accts (same as i use for yoville)... as i said i dislike anything associated to my real info mixed with game sites & such.

I just looked at the website again & it went from (yesterday) showing that IF no mistakes are found by the IRS i will get a direct deposit on the 12th... NOW it says my taxes have been accepted & i should have a direct deposit by Feb 5th... that's this Friday & i just did them online Sunday... I love how simple taxes have become with the use of the internet!
