Not all of us get up at 6 am lol. I was up until 1 am last night. Not a morning person. I was trying to wrap my brain around learning Flash. I think the teacher gave us too much info at once on Monday night. I could tell because everyone ended up staying for the second and third extra demonstration. Good to know I'm not the only one that had brain overload.

My goal is to get to bed by 12:00 but usually it's after that lately. I then get up at 5:00 a.m. Out of the house with 2 kids by 7:00 a.m.
Many times I do see members online around 6:00. I think Ken is usually one of them, maybe toes but I think she is an hour ahead of us so that's cheating. lol

If I had to get up by 5 am, I'd be in bed by 10 pm for sure. I don't miss those days when I worked in a factory and had to be there by 5 or 6 am. That meant getting up even earlier. You never get used to it.

I was so born a 'night owl'. I feel like I get cheated out of something if I have to go to bed before 11:00-12:00. lol I love being up at 2:00 if I have the chance to sleep in just a bit I would stay up every night.
But then again, I was so born to be a morning person! I love watching the sunrise and if I lived near a lake facing east I would be up every morning watching the sun come up. The only time I wake up in a bad mood is if I sleep past 8:00. I hate waking up that late. 9:00? Stay away from me! lol
So where does that leave me besides always lacking on sleep?? lol lol Creative, a bit crazy and a whole lot of tired most of the time! lol

I don't need to see the sun rise, I have plenty of great sunsets to watch. Weekends I'm lucky if I get my butt out of bed before 9:00. I like to sleep in.
I need about 7 hours of sleep to function. 8 is even better. Oh, I've done the stay up late and get up for work early back in my younger days when I went out on week nights. I was always more awake on those days. Probably still wound up from the night before. Then there was the days a few years back when I worked full time and stayed up late doing homework. My butt was dragging in those days. Having to think all day and all night burnt me out good. It's much different then staying up late to do something that requires very little thinking. I don't miss all that. It was a very stressful time worrying about getting all this stuff done.
Years ago , during my smoking days, I would stay up until 12;00 or 1:00AM and then wake up at 5:30 am to get my first cigarette with a bottle of coke(not diet). I enjoyed late night TV with that mystery series that was on. I also for a while was involved in the community and stayed late at committee meetings work late and run a vicious circle of work. I slept maybe 5 to hrs a night.
But then I had the big one.
I had to quit smoking and loses weight. well I did it but the weight did not stay off and now I could sleep 24/7 but that nasty old JOB gets in the way that plan.
Sleep until 9AM? heck I could sleep until noon , wake up have lunch and an hour later take an afternoon nap eat supper, take a quick nap in front of the tv and wake-up for bed around 10PM and start over.
Are there any openings for a professional napper out there? I will send you my resume' right after my nap

Thought I was over the worst of my cold.. went out this afternoon to the store then tonight it seems to be kicking my butt again. My ribs are so sore from coughing I can't cough anymore..
Gonna relax and watch Survivor: Samoa and the premiere of Fringe, then I'll be back.

ALWAYS been an early bird......during my "wild years", I just stayed up all night.
I generally head out for work by 6am at the latest, so I have to be up at 4-4:30am, to adjust my own attitude with coffee and walk MY dogs.
And......my porch sits front and center for the best sunrises over the Gulf of Mexico......it's inspiring.
I don't sleep much anyway......night stalker here.

How's the weather been up there? We have had RAIN every day for a week I think. POURING RAIN, then bright sun, POURING RAIN, then steam and sun........my toes are permanantly wrinkled, I swear!

My cold's always seem to hang on... my eyes are tearing, nose is sniffling, coughing, sneezing.. I should do a "before" in a commercial! And I just ran out of cough syrup...
Maybe I should warm up a can of Mike's Hard Lemonade to see if that will effect a cure.. it's the closest thing to lemon juice I have.

That reminds me of my years in the Jaycees. We would go to the conventions on Friday night and party straight through until Sunday with no sleep at all and then come home and crash! LaCrosse held the best conventions! I sure couldn't go that long without sleep now!

The weather has been GREAT here. It's only been in the middle to upper 70's this last week and not much rain for the last three or four weeks. The nights are getting colder with last night in the low 40's and the same for tonight too. It looks almost the same for next week but in the lower 70's and no rain in the forecast at all. It's been great painting weather and who would of thought that I would be getting a sun tan in September? One more day of painting and I am done for the season though. I transplanted 35 fern plants today but still have a few more I want to move tomorrow. Then I will have to find something else to do so I can be outside until the weather turns cold which I'm sure won't be too far off.
It's friday and I'm working on getting my animations assignments done for my Flash class. Hope that it doesn't give me grief, but I'm sure it will since I'm still learning and hard to figure it all out at this point.
I was supposed to go to a wedding tomorrow, but have yet to get my invite. I know the couple said they were late in sending them out, but that was like 2 or 3 weeks ago. They kept saying we were invited. Well, I'm not going without an actual printed invite. Not my fault they didn't get it done on time or maybe we've been uninvited for some reason. Just seems odd to me since they did ask for our address back in Aug. and we attended the bachelor/bachelorette party. Guess I'm making other plans then.
Tonight we are thinking of going to Comedy Sportz since I have free tickets to use up. Tomorrow night we are going to see a band since the wedding plans fell through. Sunday there is an art fair we might go to or maybe try another state park. I'm not sure.

I'm going to a wedding on Saturday, with an actual invitation. I'll know a majority of the people there, so it should be a pretty good time.
I love Comedy Sportz. Went there a couple weeks ago and will be going again next weekend. It's only $5 per ticket through the end of this month. We're going with a large group.

You're too hard on yourself (as most people, especially women, are). Not that I know what you look like, but there is no standard for beauty. It's all relative - well, not my relatives...
Luckily my night job requires little thinking - just posting payments to accounts. But, 4.5 hours of doing that late at night when I hate numbers (I'm a writer, damn it!) is still draining.
That's odd about the wedding. Are they sure they're getting married...or want to? Is it a second marriage? The one I'm going to is a second for the groom, but they are still going all out since it's her first. I'm excited for the both of them.

Is it a close friend who is getting married or just someone you know? If it was family or someone like my bestfriend, her sister or whatever i'd call & clarify that im invited & somehow the invite was lost, but just a friend, nope, i'd skip it.
A friend wants me to check out Willy Street Fair with her because there are a couple bands she wants to see there.
