Not for me, thanks! I know a couple who are separated and dating other people. Both couples get along good and I've seen one invite the other to cookouts together a few times. The reason they don't divorce is because they own a business together and it would cost too much to divorce with all that. That is strange to me. I sure wouldn't want to be the GF in the situation.
I met a guy once who told me he was "separated", we became friends, but when we started getting to be closer & he expressed interest in being more than friends, i asked about his divorce & when he would file for it, that's when he told me that he & his wife wouldn't be getting a divorce because of insurance & what not, apparently he had insurance on her & she had a pre-existing condition (reoccurring ulcers or something like that) & her companies insurance wouldn't cover her meds for a year if she switched, so they were staying married... seriously, do i look stupid? no thanks.
I agree with ya, i wouldn't be the GF in that situation.
Just bought a 250gb drive thru NewEgg for $42.. it'll replace my main 40gb drive (which I'll move over to another computer as backup). With my external drives, that will give me 650gb. Ultimately I want to buy a 1.5 or 2TB.
Hopefully installing the new drive won't be beyond my abilities..
Ugh.. my neighbor just brought me over a huge "tuna cake".. way too "fishy" tasting for me. Thank God for the cats..
I think what turned me off the most was I made the mistake of walking into the kitchen as she was starting to fix them and saw she was using some really old (what looked like bacon) grease, plus I knew they'd been using tuna from this (restaurant-size) can of tuna for the last week..
I love a good tuna casserole and I would eat salmon cakes if prepared right but this was not good.. what the cats didn't touch, got flushed.

Maybe fresh tuna, but not canned. Fresh tuna steaks are way better than the stuff in the can. I still eat the canned tuna, but only with mayo in a sandwich.
If you remember about a week ago I said some robins had built their nest on the tire of my husband's car. Tonight as I was going around the side of the car in the driveway, I noticed the robin's nest was knocked off the tire where they had built it. I looked all over and no eggs in sight. So some raccoon or cat had themselves a tasty raw egg snack last night.
I was just saying that the other day that some coon will come along to eat that and sure enough. My neighbor said the same thing.
What do you add to your tuna when making a sandwich? Anyone like grilled tuna and cheese?

How do we use the multi quote thing? I was trying to respond to a couple posts, but I can't figure it out.
Anyway...Hawkins, Kelly68, Slow Typer, Keith...what's up? We miss your smiling faces.
I'll be at Toes' house on Sunday...can't wait! If I have internet access, I'll share the trip with you all. Wish I could jump in the car right now....
Long day for me today...PT this morning and then teaching till 9 pm tonight. I'm trying to do 2 weeks worth of lessons in one week. Yikes...hope I have feet left by Friday!
It looks like it will be another beautiful day out! I LOVE Spring!
I'm leaving in a bit to pick up my bff and we are going to spend the day celebrating her birthday. I'm not sure if we are going to Olive Garden in Madison or to Ho Chunk Casino in the Dells. I think she will choose to go to Ho Chunk since the only time she gets to go there is on her birthday.
Good Morning all...it is an exceptionally beautiful Spring Day out today. The sun is shining but not real warm but not chilly either. Just perfect 'my' type of weather. Going to try to get out and do some work on the flower beds and my containers later today.
Out earlier and got some interesting pics of my tulips. Seems as if they bloomed a bit early this year and not lasting as long as usual. Is it just me or has anyone else noticed that about their Tulips?
Tulips reminds me again how each year I swear I will find a way to Holland Mich in May, and each year it doesn't happen. Well maybe next year......

OK, now that just sounds gross. Old bacon grease and tuna for a week? I'm to picky about my food. I give you credit for even being nice and taking it, I would have found a polite way of saying, thanks but no thanks. lol

I would love to adopt this sweet kitty! But I can't, they say it's best that she is in a home with no other cats. My Savannah wouldn't be good for her I guess. But I keep looking at her each time I stop in the cat rescue web site to check out the cats, (I also post each cat on goflo.com too).
If anyone doesn't have a cat and has a big heart for a kitty in need (she's blind), this would be a great cat. I just really wish I could take her. Just something about her I think she would be such a cool friend to have.

How do we use the multi quote thing? I was trying to respond to a couple posts, but I can't figure it out.
You have to use the quote option at the top right next to the icon for posting a photo. That will give you the quote tags that have to wrap around the text.

We need some pictures of that. Make sure we get a full report of what you went to see and what you ate, etc. Food talk is especially important.

I am not at home otherwise i'd screen print for ya, but....
At the bottom of the post as you read them, the first button is a [quote] button... this you use to open a reply with that quote, but if you click on the [ " +] button next to it, the button will just change colors... you can click on that [ " +] button on all posts which you want to quote in one reply, then when you have them all clicked press the [Reply to thread] button as you normally would to reply to a thread.
OR
Once all the [ " +] are clicked (on all the posts you want to quote/reply to) the very last one you want to quote you can click the [quote] button & all the others will quote as well (as long as the [ " +] is clicked on all).

Ok, I didn't know you could do it that way. I was using the quote tag at the top of the reply box. Same as for photos or links. But, I've been only doing multi quotes from one post.
Ha! I had to go back and delete your [quote] things because the forum picked those up as actual tags.
Current weather conditions here in the 64836 (Severe Thunderstorm and Flash Flood Warning):
Scattered thunderstorms with heavy rain and frequent cloud to ground lightning will continue to shift east across western Missouri and southeast Kansas. The storms will generally affect locations west of a Gainesville to Osceola line through 4 PM. The strongest storms with heaviest rainfall will affect extreme southeast Kansas into the southwest corner of Missouri where a half inch to three quarters of an inch of rain will be possible. The stronger storms may also produce some small hail less than one inch in diameter.

I do that to quote news clippings or whatever in a post.
