Wisconsin gives the blues to 8 year old blues guitar prodigy?

8 year old Tallan Latz is a blues guitar prodigy. He has played in bars and clubs all over including House of Blues in Chicago. He has even had the thrill of playing with Les Paul and Jackson Browne . He is not only talented but has a great career in front of him.

But it appears that someone is either jealous or just very concerned about an 8 year old playing in bars/clubs and sent an email to Wisconsin State Officials siting child labor laws....
