Apparently 600 Starbucks Coffee Stores will be closing soon. I for one love the smell of coffee...but can't stand the taste! But I love the Green Tea and the Hot Apple Cider one can find at Starbucks.
Anyways, for those that love Star Bucks and interested whether your store will be closing...below is the list of Wisconsin Stores on the soon to close list:

My wife loves the smell and won't have try even a sip!
Good post. Thanks for the heads up.
We have a Starbucks here in Sussex, but I've never been. For one, it's across the street from McDonalds, and MickeyD makes a good cup of joe for a lot less $$$. Second, there's a locally owned coffee shop, Perks, a couple of blocks east of Starbucks on Main Street here in Sussex that makes a great caramel latte (my personal fancy drink) and the owners are fellow volunteers in the community.
Who'd have ever thought that we'd be paying as much as we do for gas, and a whole lot more for coffee?!
I'm glad my regular Starbucks aren't on the list! I have a few local coffee shops I love, but most of them just can't beat Starbucks on price and speed.
My husband and I use registered Starbucks giftcards. We get a $20 card for the month and register it online. When you use a registered card, extras like syrups and soy milk are free. It also helps us limit Starbucks spending.
I actually only been to our local Starbucks a handful of times but totally love the drinks (minus the coffee) lol. They actually had a good breakfast sandwich at one time, not sure if it is still on the menu or not. Our Starbucks seems to do a lot of business since it seems there is always a long line at it.
The problem seems as if there are so many coffee drive through, coffee shops, coffee cafes, popping up all over around here recently. I'm sure that is hurting the Starbucks business.
Amazing. You make me feel so spoiled. We have 3 just in the City of Kenosha and more in the surrounding areas. I tried to get an idea of how many in a 20 mile radius but there was so many I didn't want to figure it out. lol
We don't have a Starbucks locally.. wish we did, as well as a Krispy Kreme (or any donut shop)..
Both are more hype than anything.
Starbucks cost too many bucks and is too bitter for me.
I prefer home brew everytime. Good coffee at a decent value.
Why would anyone spend $3.00 + for a cup of coffee?
Krispy Kreme came into the Fox River Valley a few years ago But too costly with so many locally family owned bakeries to compete with , they died on the vine. I had one and was unimpressed.

Sometime just do a search on eBay for completed Starbucks Mugs.. check this out: 1994 New Orleans Starbucks mug sold for $470 with 29 bids.. that's an expensive coffee cup!

Sorry but that is just crazy. I sit and think how many things one could buy with 470.00. A month of groceries for one.
And yes, I'm sure it will go up even more in value so guess it's worth it if you have that kind of money to play with. My luck I do something like that and then break the darn thing on the way home. lol
