Kenosha teen sings at American Idol the other night and wins her way to Hollywood!


Kenosha teen makes it to next round of 'American Idol'

A 17-year-old high school senior from Wisconsin has made it past the first audition on Fox's "American Idol."

Angelica Puente's audition in Omaha, Neb., aired Tuesday. She sang Celine Dion's "Power of Love" and all three judges passed a visibly nervous Puente through to the next round in Hollywood.

We were watching that night. 2 girls from WI were on that night. One from Kenosha and one from Madison. Both moved on to Hollwood

I try to never miss a show since my son got me addicted last year. lol But that was the one night I was out looking at vans to buy. (we finally decided on one..yeah!)...but I did record it just have to find time to watch it.

I saw the part where the Kenosha girl sang on a website the other day. She did really good.

I can't remember, but that might have also been the same night the Bird Man sang to Simon

"You are my brother...." omg it was so funny! Over and over he sang the same lines. He had a skip! LOL
