cultural events (Irish Fest, Mexican Fest, etc) in Milwaukee? I've been scouring the web and I haven't been able to find anything.

YES! You have come to the right forum section (general wisconsin) but you needed to go down a few topics to Wisconsin Festivals.

Here is the link that will take you to this topic and it will have all the festivals listed and the websites you need. Be sure to add comments on the festivals if you go and let us know what you think of them.
