OK I've asked a million times....and I dont get it...maybe that should be my new nickname "I dont get it" LOL!!

So how did you make that picture show up here? I have many on my hard drive...am I able to upload those here?? Or do I have to have it on the web already?

I like the pic though. Looks like my yard as well. Some areas with snow. But a lot more areas with green grass and the pics are loving it!!

I'm sort of psychic, and I'm seeing another 7" snowfall happening before you know it. Just don't want everyone to go into shock when it happens. :lol:

Well not sure about the snow part, at least not down here where we live. But I do know that every Memorial Day weekend has rain on it and usually cold weather.

Last year we visited all but one of the cemetaries that we usually go to and it did not rain on us once. We were so amazed....then we had just one left, and the sun just went away and it poured on us! It never fails that we get rained on! oh well.

It was in the 80's here today but I hear we are dropping back down into the high 50's low 60's at the most all week now. I don't mind this at all since that is the weather I like. But I had someone remind me the other day that one never knows in Wisconsin until at least the last week in May if we are out of the woods from the snow.....so you never know....

According to my expert weather predicting posse, there won't be any snow for a few more months. Some say the end of October will have some snow on the ground, while others say it won't happen until the middle, or so, of November. I'm counting on having snow around me next March.

The funny thing is in the dead of winter this is bone a chilling shot and in the HOT summer it is a refreshing relief!!
How can this be? It is still the same photograph!

It is weird how one can look at a photograph and feel different things just because of the time of year or weather outside! I tell ya, today it is sooo hot out, (88 in the shade before 10:00 a.m. here) that looking at this picture is rather nice!

I do remember how totally cold it was the day I was taking these pictures. It was minus 0 degrees wind chill and several people besides myself was running around getting some really great shots of the frozen Lake Michigan! Talk about some CRAZY people! lol lol But a picture of the summer heat would have been great then!

If only I could have bottled some of that cold up and throw it out into the wind just enough to bring it down about 10 degrees outside now wouldn't that be great!

We came back from the U.P. last night and all weekend we sat in our lawn chairs in the shade enjoying the cool breeze off Green Bay and sippin' Summer Shandys. It was like HEAVEN or maybe that Corona commecial, I am not sure :wink: all I know it that the temp was at least 20 degrees cooler up there and we enjoyed every single moment.

I wanna go baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaack!!!!

Snowstorm Ava: Warnings for all of Wisconsin are active. My vote Appleton will get 5inches. Lord knows, any more I might need some sand bags and a shovel in my car.
