Need help from someone in Wisconsin Adams county area

My families looking for land in Wisconsin and we've posted on this site, but I'm wondering if anyone knows of other good places to find by owner classifieds for hunting land or local newspapers.

I've tried ebay, yahoo classified, the normal wisconsin MLS sites as well as a bunch of buywisconsinland.com type sites.

We're looking for 30-40 acres for $1500-2000 an acre. Does anyone know of anyone selling their property or have any ideas for us?

There is a hunting club in Wisconsin that advertises in our Classifieds and has a pretty good Member page, too.

You might also try www.ClearViewRealty.com - they're a client of ours in Black River Falls and the owner, Jim Baggs, is an avid hunter.
