Steps to post a photo/phocation
1) use or get and use a photo editor
here is a free one I am sure there are others out there

set the photo size to fit a posting trial and error works ok.
I have been setting the width to approx 500 pixels and allowing the height to adjust proportionately.
save you photos in My Documents/My Pictures directory
If you are to use as a phocation rename the picture to something generic as to not give the location away.
2.) Get you self an online photo storage space account. I use the following but I sure there are others out there too.

register,login and upload the photo as directed by the site.
The site should give you the location/link to use for you photo.
save that url and logon to GLPUC go to the forum of your choice and select either
"New Topic: or "Reply to Topic"
add text as you wish and selet "Insert Image" This will appear

edit it by doing this
[img_AGE]"Insert your url here"[/img_AGE]
the "_AGE" is used so I can show you the code remove the "_AGE" from the code.
do a preview to ensure the photo is displayed and review the post. When you are happy with the appearence select "Post New Reply" or
"post New Topic" whichever applies.
