Knee high by the 4th of July...how's the corn?
The corn in my garden is knee high by the 4th of July.
Trouble is, only about a third of what I planted came up. Burpee seeds - NOT cheap - and fresh this Spring.
Lots of the corn in the Sussex - Lisbon - Lannon - Menomonee Falls area is waist hight - or better.
How's the corn growing in your part of the Badger State?
Regards,
Keith

Here on top of the dump in New Holstein, I look out the back door, and I can tell the corn is standing chest high, Imagine, every sixth row of corn, which is food, will be burnt in a gasoline/ethanol mixture. Dumb idea, says I.
