I have used Ad Aware for a while now, and it does a great job of cleaning up spyware and other things that make your computer go slower.

I can't say all but most adwrae, Will Plant Reply cookies on your computer and when you go on the internet, That cookee will report back to it's maker on where,when you visit other pages on the net. Then they sell that info, In the form of a mailing list, Because by this time they know your interests and habits. BE_WARE OF AD_WARE!!!!!!!!

Ad-Aware is one of the best adware removal tools out there. I tried three other very popular adware removal tools, in a row. After they were done running, I ran Ad-Aware. It found an additional 83 items. I have yet to find a better program, for the price.

Ad Aware does a good job. I have had a problem getting the updates to work but they seem to be working now.

Great program.. the only problem with most of these apps are they tend to be resource hogs.. I use Avast! and it really tends to slow my computer down.. sometimes unacceptably so.
