Fraudulent Mystery Shop Emails Circulating

Received two of these emails today.. they look legit on the surface but are, in fact, scams designed to part you from your money..

I received your mailing details in response to our Mystery Shopper ad and I would like to inform you that you have been chosen as our representative in your city. Your job is just to act like any regular customer and perform a normal business transaction while you conduct an evaluation and gather information about the quality of service by staff, customer service professionalism, behavior of staff and other issues at such locations.

===YOUR 1st ASSIGNMENT===
Mystery Shopper's Guide wants you to run an evaluation report on any Western Union outlet close to you. There have been reports about lapse in the services of their management and some of their staff. This evaluation is necessitated based on reports which their customers forwarded anonymously and phone calls which were also made to the head office. These reports Include: Late opening hours and closing before time, slow services, loss of money, excess charge, etc.

Your job will be to make a transfer of funds like a normal regular customer from any Western Union shop around you to another location where a Customer reported her funds missing. You will be provided with all the funds necessary to conduct the evaluation as you will NOT be spending any of your money throughout the evaluation.

You would receive your 1st payment packet in your mail within 3 business days. The funds for the evaluation will be sent in form of Money orders. Once you get the package, you go get the cash equivalent at your bank or make a next day deposit. The funds would cover your Salary, bonus, transportation fee, feeding, and all other expenses needed to carry out the evaluation.

YOU WOULD HAVE TO KEEP A COMPREHENSIVE REPORT ON EVERY ACTIVITY AS REGARDS THE FOLLOWING WITHOUT BEING NOTICED

1. Address of the Western Union outlet visited
2. Exact time you stepped into the outlet
3. Ambient outlook of the shop
4. How long does it take you to have the funds wired?
5. How Close is the Western Union outlet to you?
6. Gender of Agent who attends to you (Male or Female)
7. Exact questions asked while sending the funds

A friend's daughter baught a $80 ring from walmart.com 2 weeks ago & received a letter in the mail yesterday telling her the transaction didnt go through and to please send back the form completed with her credit card information & authorization to charge it again. This letter showed the last 4 of her credit card number, exact price with tax, correct date/time of trans & all! I suggested she call the number. she called & the recording said they were having phone issues and to please try back at a later time. Today it still says the same. though she contacted walmart, they said this is a scam they are aware of & to ignore it because her ring was showing as paid.

My question is... how do they have all that info from her purchase?? including last 4 of her cc#???

I would have changed my card number right away!
