BBB Is Issuing An Urgent Scam Alert

Malicious email claims it is from the BBB

The Wisconsin Better Business Bureau is issuing an urgent scam alert cautioning businesses and consumers about an email that purports to be from a bbb.org email address about a recently filed complaint.
The email contains a dangerous attachment regarding a complaint and appears to direct recipients to the BBB website. This is a scam. The BBB does not send complaints as attachments via email.

Good to know.
Best advice, don't open attachments. Delete the e-mail, type in the address and watch for typos and sign in that way.

Good advice Ken. I am forever preaching to everyone here, never open attachments. It's difficult when a friend sends an attachment and you want to open it but you never know where they received it from. The good thing is I have Kaspersky Security and that scans anything I do want to open and let's me know if there is a virus on it or not. Still I am extremely cautious.
