WESTconsin Credit Union & FL/GA charges

I have an 'auto ship' (canned cat food) from an outfit in FL. Got an email from the FL outfit that my bank issuing my debit card will no longer honor the charge from them.

Called the bank and learned that WESTconsin Credit Union has put a "blanket refusal" on all credit/debit charges originating from Florida & Georgia due to
a great deal of FRAUD !! Bank rep. I talked to said it is big enough that the FBI has become involved.

So, Heads Up, to all out there in online shopping land.
