Our two state of the art cheese plants are supplied with milk from 600 member owners from across Wisconsin and staffed with people with years of cheesemaking experience. Alto's Waupun facility is home to two of the state's Master Cheese Makers. Days / Hours of Operation of Factory Retail Store: Mon - Fri from 8 am - 4:30 pm. Call 920-346-2215.
