fishing season
# March 5
* The fishing season for all game species closes on inland waters that do not remain open all year. Check the current fishing regulations for waters that remain open to fishing.
* The game fish season closes on tributary streams and ditches of Green Bay and the Fox River up to the first dam or lake (except yellow perch is open until March 15). There is an exception to this closure for portions of 9 major Green Bay Tributaries. Check the current fishing regulations for waters that remain open to fishing.

Opening of the Season.....
I'm really looking forward to a lot of fishing activity in theBubbler.com forums this year. Hoping that folks will share their favorite fishing holes (why not, if you've already cleared it out?) in the local threads for every County in Wisconsin right here in the County Forums for Wisconsin Counties.
I'd also like to get in some real fishing activity myself after hitting the lakes not once last year. Will share my finds right here.

Fishing info...
Well Keith ya need to get out more then and out from the desk area...lol
As winter ends and fishing season begins i will have some great postings in the forum for various counties. I fish from Marinette county down to Racine county during the year. If you are interested in a certain county check the county postings and make sure you check it for any new replies. If i dont make it to your certain county this year i apologize but i do get out and about quite a bit, and i have that j-o-b thingy i have to do as well. Hope to be able to provide you all with the best info i can for the lakes this year. If anyone has any questions regarding a certain lake you may private message me also. My spots are never kept a secret.
