MMMMM....just last week a neighbor gave me a salmon so...I dropped the 6 1/2lb salmon off to be smoked at Becks Meats located in Kaukauna and should be ready for me to pick up today.

I am looking for the dates for early salmon runs, I lived in the Two Rivers/Manitowoc area back in the early 70's, we used to net or snag salmon in a pond just off the lake, do they still do this?
