*Preheat Oven to 375 degrees*
Chicken:
1) Place chicken on a shallow baking pan and place
in the oven for approximately 6-7 minutes. Flip the
chicken over and repeat.
2) Remove the chicken from the oven and top each
individual breast in the finished sauce (about 1-1
1/2 tbsp per breast)
3) Cover each breast with an even amount of
cheese
4) Top the cheese with approx 1/2 tbsp of
additional sauce
5) Place the pan back into the oven for
approximately 3-4 minutes or until the cheese is
melted.
6) Enjoy
Sauce Directions:
1) Melt butter in bottom of a small sauce pot on
medium-low heat. Be sure to mix constantly and
ensure the butter does not burn.
2) Cook mushrooms in butter for 2-3 minutes
3) Add flour to melted butter and stir until evenly
mixed and butter thickens
4) Slowly, while stirring, pour the marsala cooking
wine into the mix
5) Add salt, garlic, and pepper.
6) Simmer until the sauce thickens enough that it
will stick
