Hello from Quebec: Namur, Wisconsin Residents

Hi, My name is Lorne Graham and I am president of a committee called “ Les Fetes Namuroises” which operates out of a small community in Namur Quebec, founded by Belgian people in the 1850 much like Namur Wisconsin. My purpose in contacting you is to see what kind of interest there would be from Namur Wisconsin to participate in a 4 day festival to be held here in Namur Quebec Aug 1 2 3 4 2013 , The main thrust of the festival is to join people form Namur Belgium with those from our community to share previous history and taste Namur Belgian culture and Namur Quebec culture. It would be very exciting to have participants from Namur Wisconsin to join us and share your history etc…
As you can see we are at the beginning stages of organizing this event but we already have good receptive comments from Namur Belgian and hopefully we can have the same from you.
Our festival is mostly funded by our local government agencies in an effort to revive our community bringing in new tourist etc ,. This event is one that we would like to have every year .
