Description: Join Safe Harbor Humane Society for its 3rd Annual Woofstock Festival of music, food and fun. Dog owners are more than welcome to bring their pets along to enjoy the festivities- but please remember their leash too! Fest-goers can expect to be entertained at three stages featuring local music (such as the Radioactive Squirrels) and family friendly entertainment as well as headliners Gizzae and Damn the Torpedos. Gizzae is a reggae group which boasts two two-time Grammy winners, and Damn the Torpeods pays tribute to Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers. Wandering around the park you can meet McGruff the Crime Dog, Clifford the Big Red Dog and other canine friends. Not only is it great for the whole family, it's great for your dog too! Bring Fido along and let him run the Doggie Fun Zone, a mobile amusement park for canines. The Florida-based Doggie Fun Zone can be found at animal fundraisers, county fairs and pet shows nationwide; it has even been featured on the A&E network. Other entertainment includes a hotdog-eating contest, a "grab-what-you-can" money machine, magic show, “Doggie Fashion Show”, “Silly Pet Tricks”, animal related presentations and Q&A sessions, creative activities for kids, informative exhibits and day-long raffles. Food will be available from several local vendors. The Sunrise Pancake & Porky Breakfast With Clifford & His Friends is Sun. 8 to 11 a.m. Clifford invites you and your family to join him for breakfast at Woofstock. All you can eat pancakes and sausage will be served under the Tarwid Food Tent. Bring your camera and have your photo taken with Clifford. Breakfast cost: $3 children / $6 adults. Overall event admission is free.
