No Roll Cream Cheese Pie Crust

Ingredients
  • 1 (4oz) cream cheese, soften
  • 1/2 C butter
  • 1- 1/2 C flour
  • 9 -inch pie pan
Preparation
  1. n/a
Instructions
  1. Combine softened cream cheese and butter with fork (mixer also works) until smooth. Add flour and mix well with fork. Finish by hand.
  2. press into 9 inch pie pan
  3. Do not bake this crust "blind" (without ingredients) or crust will burn.
  4. Do not roll crust; press into place.
  5. Makes 2 small pies in tins or 1 large deep dish pie.
  6. pour your favorite pie filling in and then bake
