Ingredients
  • 2pkg small strawberry jello
  • 8oz cream cheese
  • 1 large cool whip
  • 16oz strawberries
  • 1 ready made angel food cake (break into bite size cubes)
Preparation
  1. Dissolve jello with 3 C. "HOT" water and let it set (should start to set right away). Once set, just beat "lightly" with mixer. (should be chunky)
  2. In a Ex. LARGE Bowl:
  3. Beat cream cheese add cool whip then
  4. add jello (chunks) and fold in sliced strawberries.
  5. Break up angle food cake into bite size cubes.
  6. Fold into jello mixture ("Don't Beat it").
  7. put into a 9x13 pan
  8. Refrig over night
Instructions
  1. The pan will be extra full
  2. but that's why they call it "Mountain" Mist
