Thumbs up Goats Milk Fudge

Time: N/A Difficulty: easy Serving Size: N/A	Description Goat Milk Chocolate Fudge Recipe
Ingredients
A Candy Thermometer 2 C. Sugar 2 1/2 Squares Baking Chocolate 1 C. Goat Milk 1/4 tsp. Salt 1 C. Nuts-Chopped opt. 1 tsp. Vanilla 1 T. Goat Butter
Preparation
1. Mix the sugar,chocolate,goats milk and salt in a heavy sauce pan. cook over Med. heat,stirring constantly. 2. Bring to 236 Degrees F on a Candy Thermometer or to soft ball stage (A Few drops dribbled into cold water can be formed into a soft ball). 3.Remove from heat, add the nuts,vanilla and goat Butter.Beat until thick and creamy 4.Pour into a butter dish and cool. cut into Squares.
