Devils Delight

Time: 40-45 min Difficulty: Easy Serving Size: 4	Description This is a spiced hot fudge pudding cake - I had several recipes for various fudge pudding cakes and experimented to find my favorite combination. This one is special because of the cinnamon and nutmeg.
Ingredients
1 cup flour 2/3 cup sugar 1 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 cup milk 2 Tbsp butter - melted 3 Tbsp cocoa Sauce: 2 Tbsp butter 2/3 cup sugar 3 Tbsp cocoa 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp cinnamon 1/4 tsp nutmeg 1 2/3 cup water
Preparation
No prior preparation is required.
Instructions
Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, milk, melted butter and cocoa in a bowl - set aside. Make sauce - mix together sauce ingredients in a pan and bring to boil. Pour into an 8x8 inch cake pan or baking dish - then drop batter all over by spoonfuls. Bake at 350 for 40 to 45 minutes. Serve warm with real whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
